VanilllaDirect Pay Locations
You can pay your bill with cash at participating VanillaDirect Pay locations, such as Dollar General, Family Dollar, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and CVS. Your cash payment will post in real-time when you use the 'Pay by Cash' (VanillaDirect Pay) feature using your MyDEMCO mobile app.VanillaDirect Pay charges a $1.50 fee for each transaction.
You must use your MyDEMCO account when you use VanillaDirect Pay.
To access your MyDEMCO account-specific barcode for your cash payment to post correctly, click Register or Log In now.
To make the payment, you must either print the barcode or have the cashier scan it from your mobile device.
IMPORTANT:
- Your MyDEMCO barcode is account-specific; do not use someone else's barcode to make a payment. The payment will be applied to the account associated with the barcode.
- VanillaDirect payments can only be made in cash. The transaction will be declined if you attempt to use a debit or credit card.
