To begin the design process, the site developer must submit a signed letter of intent.
For DEMCO to begin the design process, the site developer must upload or email ALL information and completed documents per the checklist below:

DEMCO design process will begin approximately 30 days from receipt of ALL information and completed documents.

DEMCO design team will prepare an electrical design map for developer approval.

Upon receiving the electrical design map approval from the developer, the design team will complete the map for signing (approximately 2 weeks).

DEMCO will provide an invoice, contract, and full map for the developer's signature. Upon receipt of payment, DEMCO will begin the bid process. (approximately 60 days to bid and schedule construction of infrastructure at the project site.)

For construction to begin, the developer must stake ALL servitudes, lot corners, and sewers and provide DEMCO with the as-builts and a set of completed civil engineered drawings. A site meeting with the developer/representative, DEMCO business development representative, project manager, and contractor is required.

DEMCO files the contract and design map at the courthouse.

DEMCO business development team will work as the liaison during construction and provide updates until the project is energized.
