DEMCO offers regular year-round payment arrangements.

Payment arrangements are available year-round for eligible residential members who need additional time to pay their current balance. Terms are different from the summer bill relief program. To check your eligibility, use any of the methods listed below. 

MyDEMCO Online: Log in to your MyDEMCO account, select Bill & Pay, then Payment Extensions.

MyDEMCO By phone: Call 1-844-MyDEMCO (1-844-693-3626) and select Option 2 for Billing & Payment, Option 1 to review your current bill details, then Option 6 for Payment Arrangement.

DEMCO Member Service Assistance: If you need personal assistance, our Member Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., at 1-844-MyDEMCO (1-844-693-3626), Option 2.
