DEMCO employees and their families came together for the 7th annual Field of Dreams Softball Tournament, in support of the Dream Day Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The fun-filled event featured teams of DEMCO employees and family members who stepped up to the plate, cheered from the stands, or volunteered behind the scenes—all united by a common purpose: helping children and families facing childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
“This longstanding tradition reflects the cooperative principle of concern for community, and I am proud of our employees for the difference they make each year,” said Randy Pierce, DEMCO chief executive officer and general manager.
The Field of Dreams Softball Tournament has become a highlight for employees, blending teamwork, community, and compassion. By supporting the Dream Day Foundation, DEMCO demonstrates its commitment not only to powering homes and businesses but also to powering hope for families in need.
The Dream Day Foundation supports St. Jude through fundraising, advocacy, and special events that enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
