To support this goal, we welcome proposals from vendors who are interested in providing new materials or equipment that can enhance our operational efficiency and service quality.
All materials and equipment submitted for evaluation must be RUS-approved. DEMCO will not consider or evaluate any materials or equipment that do not meet RUS approval standards. Thank you for ensuring compliance with this requirement.
How to Submit a Request for Evaluation:
- Prepare Your Submission: Please include detailed information about the material or equipment you wish to submit. This should cover complete technical specifications, potential benefits to DEMCO, and any relevant safety and environmental impact assessments.
- Complete the Evaluation Request Form: Fill out our online form with your company and product details.
- Attach Supporting Documents: Upload any brochures, product datasheets, case studies, or third-party certifications that will assist in evaluating your product.
- Submit Your Request: Once you have compiled all necessary information, submit your request through our designated submission portal. You will receive an acknowledgment receipt of your submission.
Upon submission, our technical team will review your proposal. If your product aligns with our needs and standards, we will contact you to discuss further steps.
