Mailing paper bills is expensive — and those costs are shared by all DEMCO members. In fact, postage has increased by 60% over the last 10 years and continues to rise. Going paperless helps reduce these costs while saving you time, money, and headaches from delayed bills.

Paperless billing offers a simple, secure, and eco-friendly way to stay on top of your account.

Here's How to Sign Up for Paperless Billing

  1. Log in to “My DEMCO Account” with your Account Number or User ID and Password. 
  2. Select the “My Account” tab, select “E-Notifications”, and then select “E-Bill”.
  3. After selecting “E-Bill”, your account(s) will appear along with the billing method. Select the account to receive “E-bill” and then select continue.
  4. On the next page, please update your billing preference to “E-bill” and provide the email address where you would like to receive your E-bill notification. Click submit.
  5. The next page will confirm that the billing method has changed.
