Employee Involvement

DEMCO takes pride in the on-going efforts of its employees in participating in many community events each year. Whether employees donate their time to help raise funds for the March of Dimes or the American Cancer Society, or to help judge a 4-H event or a school fair, DEMCO employees always strive to help make Southeast Louisiana a better place to live and raise children. We not only work here; we live here, too. The people and organizations we help are our neighbors.

DEMCO employees represent the company well with community involvement through membership and support to various local organizations including but not limited to the following:

  • Chambers of Commerce for Ascension Parish, Baker, Baton Rouge, Central, Livingston Parish, St. Francisville, West Feliciana Parish, and Zachary
  • Baton Rouge Business Expo
  • Livingston Parish Business Expo
  • Kiwanis
  • Louisiana Heat Pump Association (LHPA) /li>
  • Greater Baton Rouge Home and Garden Show (Habitat)
  • Home Builder?s Association (HBA)
  • March of Dimes Walk America
  • United Way
  • Denham Springs Board of Realtors
  • Louisiana Council of Farmer Cooperatives (LCFC)
  • Junior Achievement
  • Florida Parishes Economic Development Association (FPEDA)
